As part of BCC’s expanding operations, newly hired engineers will be integrated into multidisciplinary teams working on residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. These roles are designed to support both on-site and office-based engineering tasks, enabling junior engineers to gain comprehensive exposure to the full lifecycle of construction projects—from planning and design to execution and quality assurance.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will take part in a wide range of responsibilities essential for driving project success and ensuring compliance with engineering best practices:

🔹 1. Project Planning & Design Support

  • Assist senior engineers in developing project plans, technical layouts, and engineering schematics.

  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and design documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Participate in the preparation of BOQs, design packages, and technical proposals.

🔹 2. Collaboration with Project Teams

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including architects, site supervisors, project managers, and quality controllers—to support smooth coordination between the design and construction phases.

  • Attend progress meetings, participate in technical discussions, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

  • Support effective communication between site and office teams, ensuring alignment on project requirements, updates, and deadlines.

🔹 3. Site Supervision and Execution Monitoring

  • Visit project sites to observe and support the implementation of engineering plans.

  • Assist in monitoring construction activities to verify compliance with specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards.

  • Participate in inspections, prepare site notes, and assist in resolving technical issues in real-time.

🔹 4. Documentation, Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare engineering reports, progress summaries, and documentation required for internal and external approvals.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure materials, equipment, and works meet approved specifications.

🔹 5. Contribution to Innovation & Quality Improvement

  • Suggest ideas to enhance engineering processes, improve productivity, and support cost-efficient project execution.

  • Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with modern construction technologies, sustainable materials, and industry best practices.

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (depending on the role).

  • 0–3 years of experience, making this opportunity ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to support communication in technical and multicultural environments.

  • Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership, ensuring adherence to national professional standards.

  • Willingness to work in Al-Khobar, Riyadh, or Jeddah based on project requirements.
