We are urgently looking for a highly skilled Material Planner to support major turnaround and shutdown projects in Jubail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, schedule, and coordinate material requirements for turnaround and shutdown activities.

  • Ensure timely procurement, delivery, and availability of all critical project materials.

  • Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and stock allocation to prevent delays and cost overruns.

  • Work closely with procurement, engineering, and project teams to align material planning with project timelines.

  • Prepare and maintain material status reports, forecasts, and planning documentation for management review.

  • Identify potential bottlenecks and recommend proactive solutions for uninterrupted project execution.

  • Apply best practices in material planning for shutdowns and maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Turnaround Planning or Shutdown Projects.

  • Strong knowledge of material planning tools and ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • تخطيط وجدولة وتنسيق احتياجات المواد لمشاريع الإيقاف والصيانة الدورية.

  • ضمان توريد وتسليم جميع المواد الأساسية في الوقت المناسب وفقًا لجداول المشروع.

  • مراقبة مستويات المخزون، ونقاط إعادة الطلب، وتوزيع المخزون لتجنب التأخير وتجاوز التكاليف.

  • التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات والهندسة والمشاريع لمواءمة خطط المواد مع جداول التنفيذ.

  • إعداد وتحديث تقارير حالة المواد، والتوقعات، ووثائق التخطيط لعرضها على الإدارة.

  • تحديد الاختناقات المحتملة واقتراح حلول استباقية لضمان سير المشروع دون توقف.

  • تطبيق أفضل الممارسات في تخطيط المواد لمشاريع الإيقاف والصيانة.

المتطلبات:

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تخطيط التحول أو مشاريع الإيقاف.

  • معرفة قوية بأدوات تخطيط المواد وأنظمة ERP.

  • مهارات ممتازة في الاتصال والتنسيق والتنظيم.

  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة عدة مهام في وقت واحد.
